1) Mad or What?Mad or what?  Kung fu train.

A 17-year-old boy surnamed Liang almost died when he tried to use a kung fu movement to stop a train in Laibin Railway Station in South China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Tuesday reports China Daily.

Liang was pushed to safety by a railway policeman just as he was about to be knocked down. Liang jumped down to the tracks and wanted to use Xianglongshibazhang, a famous kung fu posturing described in many swordsman fictions, to stop the running train. He was taken into custody for breaking railway rules and said he wanted to test whether or not he could use kung fu to stop the train. Liang is a great fan of swordsman fiction and has also learnt martial arts.

2) Genius - or Madness

On this page I wish to weave fact with fiction, truth with joke, mad with sane.  To set the tone, I want to say that I firmly believe that genius is next to madness.  Here is evidence to back up my assertionGenius is Next to Madness

During a visit to a Psychiatric Hospital, a visitor asked the Consultant Psychiatrist, 'How do you establish whether a person should be sectioned and institutionalised?'

'Good question, 'replied the psychiatrist, 'what we do is fill up a bathtub, and we offer the prospective patient a teaspoon, a teacup, and a bucket and we ask him to empty the bathtub.'

'I see', opined the visitor. 'That's easy. A normal person would obviously choose the bucket because it is larger than the spoon or the teacup.'

'Aaaaah, no', answered the director. 'A normal person would pull out the plug.'

3) Genius is Next to Madness

Research indicates that Genius cannot exist without mental disorder, George Orwell and Lewis Carroll suffered autism.  While Mozart, Hans Christian Andersen and Mozart almost certainly suffered from Asperger's syndrome.  Those suffering from Asperger's syndrome often have artistic creativity, as well as mathematical genius.

4) Exercise Routine

New exercise routine. If you're over 30, you might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.
