our thanks.
The world's largest Christmas tree display rises up the slopes of Monte
Ingino outside of Gubbio, in Italy's Umbria region. Composed of about 500
lights connected by 40,000 feet of wire. The image of the "tree" is a modern marvel for
an ancient city.
A Christmas tree befitting Tokyo's night-time neon display is projected
onto the exterior of the Grand Prince Hotel Akasaka.
Prague, Czech Republic
Illuminating the Gothic facades of Prague's Old Town Square, and casting

Famous Christmas Tree from Washington D.C., USA

Moscow Mesmerising Christmas Tree Lights
Θ
Moscow celebrates Christmas according
to the Russian Orthodox calendar on 7th January. For weeks beforehand, the

his magical troika with the Snow Maiden. He and his helper deliver gifts
under the New Year tree, or yolka, which is traditionally a fir.

This collection of Christmas tree pictures features outdoor displays.
However, we also have examples of funny,
unusual and even
indoor trees.

adorn the tree, adding to the special enchantment of the city during the
season.
The infuriating design is where the bulbs are in series, one bulb blows
and they all go out. Fortunately, modern outdoor Christmas lights are
designed with parallel circuitry, thus if one bulb blows the rest stay lit.
'Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree'. Even in its humblest
attire, aglow beside a tiny chapel in Germany's Karwendel mountains, a
Christmas tree is a wondrous sight.
From about 1895, Christmas trees lights started replacing real wax candles

Christmas Tree in Paris, France
At la Galeries Lafayette in Paris, France, even the Christmas trees are

visitors than the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower.
